The approved quotation defines scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, support, and ownership of agreed deliverables. A bug is behavior that conflicts with confirmed scope; new rules or features are new scope. Customers must provide lawful requirements and test before live use.

Software is developed to follow agreed logic. Market conditions, broker execution, data, configuration, and customer decisions remain outside any profit guarantee.
